This role offers the opportunity to drive ICT sales, build enterprise relationships, and grow revenue across structured cabling, passive networking, and data center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads, qualify ICT project opportunities, manage RFP/RFQ processes, and close structured cabling deals.
Sell structured cabling solutions, ICT infrastructure, and passive networking services to enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across North India’s enterprise customers.
Collaborate with MEP consultants, turnkey contractors, and system integrators to expand business.
Identify new project opportunities in networking, data centers, and security infrastructure.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall business strategy.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in structured cabling or ICT sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of enterprise client acquisition and sales growth.
Existing relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and enterprise customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
