Key Responsibilities
Create and update job descriptions for multiple roles and publish them on job portals.
Manage core HR operations including employee records, meetings, and interview scheduling.
Lead recruitment activities: reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and managing the selection process.
Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees, as well as smooth offboarding procedures.
Maintain updated employee data across departments.
Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Draft and implement new HR policies while keeping existing ones up to date.
Provide HR counseling and guidance to employees as needed.
Drive employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
Hands-on knowledge of HR tools and MS Office/ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
